On the bottom of Ontario Ministry of Transportation Home Page
(English) at http://www.mto.gov.on.ca/english/, I just found: "Last
      Modified: 08/24/2000 13:42:03" (MM/DD/YYYY hh:mm:ss). But even in its
French Hone Page, I just found "Dernière mise à jour :
      08/24/2000
      13:46:04" (MM/DD/YYYY hh:mm:ss)(!).
08/24/2000 should mean August 24, 2000 in English. But in French,
only day-month-year is commonly used, and there is no 24th month.
that should be 24 août 2000.
I have once sent a complaint to
      http://www.mto.gov.on.ca/english/feedback/editor.htm, but it was
disregarded. I do not understand why MM/DD/YYYY is even used in
French there in Canada. I may want to complain again, as I visit
      there weekly.
