Wouldn't one stick a hyphen where the year is if no year is being used or is known (eg R/P1Y/--07-01)?

      Hi!
I'm new in this group and I haven't read all the former posts... I hope the answer to my question isn't already in one of them!

How would you represent this "date" following ISO-1806 standards?:

the 1st of July every year

      Is it possible?
I've tried this: R/P1Y0000-07-1 but it doesn't look very ISO-1806ish.

      Thanks!
      Aurelia
