In Washington and Beijing, government leaders have begun to signal coming shifts in climate policy as the world’s two largest emitters of greenhouse gases come to grips with the risks and opportunities posed by accelerating climate change. This Roundtable, which follows the recent G8 decision to work toward a post-Kyoto climate agreement in 2009, will provide an opportunity for frank discussions of U.S. and Chinese perspectives.
