This doesn t have to put a crimp in your costuming plans. As I asked Janet W-A about her broken ankle, When do we get to see the cast as part of a costume?

Surgery was yesterday. My elbow was "a bag of bones" according to my
doctor. I think he said 25 pieces. Not even the professional football
players (49ers and Raiders) have had anything that bad that he can
      recall.

He is ordering a machine to move my arm - a passive exercise machine. I
should be getting it in the next day or two.

Powerful drugs are good things. ;-)

Thanks for the good wishes. I tend to heal well, but this puts a crimp
      in my costuming plans. Foo.

      Until later--

      Carole
