        Hi all,

I am awaiting my CTS6433 results. I hate to sound like a parasite but I'm hoping to stay in kit# 18187's group. It has been doing so much testing and getting so many results that I feel quite excited about being on the edge in the same group as that kit. Bravo Antonio!

The CTS6433 happens about at 4500 bp (per Nordtvedt's graph). I believe that that's when the R haplotypes had been advancing into Europe (per Dieneke's blog). I am hoping to see a signature of the R population phenomenon in the I-M223 tree. The I haplotypes may have had to make some uncomfortable adjustments at the time (if that's how it happened), which might be reflected in the branchings, drifts, foundings and consolidations in the I-M223 tree.

        Cheers,
        Kevin

It has been a fascinating couple of years as I-M223 has developed.  CTS6433* (Cont2a, Cont2to1, Cont1-X) still has secrets to give.  Of those who are in our I-M223 Project Group, and who are in my Match Group, and who aren't false positives, and who may especially benefit from testing these SNPs are the following:  Alsop (#157321), Bruns (#148544), Graves (#2238), Henderson (#253032), Shaw (#125113), Stewart (#145573), Viser (#224559), Walling (#N92782), Walls (#80999) and Watts (#50615).
