Re: [I-M223] Re: Z161-L1198
- Late this afternoon, May 20th 2012. After, I found Ken's Warped Founders Tree dated May 18th 2012. I re-checked the YCC Tree Draft. As a Cont.1, I got the idea to order test for snps Z76, Z161, (L1201), and (L1226).Well, I re-checked my I-M223 project news and notes. I rechecked my own WTY test results (#127052-cont.1). L1201 was covered in my test. I was L1201-. The new snp L1198+ was found. From I-M223 news, I noticed L1226 is confined to Roots XX. My WTY did not cover L1226. I decided not test for L1226. I decided not to test for Z76 and Z161. As a Cont1, I should be Z161+. Although, my WTY did not cover Z161.Within a few hours of placing my order. I decided to cancel the entire order. So, I cancelled my order for Z76, Z161, L1201 and L1226.In summery: I am currently, Cont.1= L801> (Z161+ presumed) > Z78. Plus the new snp found L1198+. I was tested Z79-. I already, tested 111 markers. So, DYS-533 is covered.BD McCallFrom: sallfertorr <sallfertorr@...>

Sewell is participating in WTY. But I don't know when his results are due (it seems he chose to make them private). Let's wait and see.
At this moment, I speculate L1198 is downstream from Z78 and parallel to Z79. At least it would be most useful if it were (as opposed to being phyloequivalent to Z78 as some have speculated). If so, L1198 could represent Cont1d.
