      Learn about aquifers & groundwater -- how fast they move, how they are
      recharged & what affects them -- on August 12th, from 6:30 to 9 pm. Featured
      speakers will cover how to take care of your well & protect your drinking water, as
      well as factors that affect the quantity and quality of groundwater. Laws and
      permits that control groundwater usage will also be covered.
