- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut in half, rinsed and patted dry
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 20 cloves of garlic, peeled
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 teaspoons Herbes de Provence
- 2 teaspoons flour
- ½ cup low sodium chicken stock
- ½ lemon, juiced
- Bread, for serving
