Recipes posted here should be "tried and true" creations that are low in carbs, fats, sugar and/or sodium.
We don't want low carb recipes that are overloaded with fat and sugar. We want recipes for healthy dishes the whole family can enjoy.
Note that not every recipe shared here will be right for you, depending upon what you are watching, be it fats, sugars, sodium and/or carbs.
HC has never been nor it will never be a "recipe only" group. We share each other's lives.
This is a very "chatty" group so please join in the "chit chat". Mail volume is heavy so if you don't want a lot of individual mails, set your preference to "Daily Digest". Note, though, that only those on individual mail can see stationery and receive attachments.
