      Do you know if they were recycling bridges down to the NG and
      branch lines, same as the turntables? That too was a common procedure.

      Most of the bridges on the narrow gauge were second hand from the SG. The bridge at Antonito came from the SG between Canon City and Salida. The bridge that was at Antonito is now on the D&S just north of Durango. The plate girder bridge there came from the Pleasant Valley branch in Utah. The bridges near Gato came from the North Fork branch. So lots of bridge swapping.
