I have about 150 hrs on the engine.  The issue has just showed up recently.  The plugs all look good so I don't think that the problem is coming from the cylinders.  

I talked to a friend at work, and he suggested that it might be vent line is not big enough or has gotten clogged.  I will check the vents and see what I can find.  The stuff coming out of the exhaust is dark brown and sticky.  A couple of minutes at a fast idle covered the prop with goo.
