Hi Robin,
I built my muffler out of a 7lb. fire extinguisher, it takes two of them to have enough material to complete. The muffler has over six hundred hours on it now and still working great.

I am a new owner of this Chinook, I am having issues with my exhaust at 234 hours, the baffles in the muffler are deteriating and causing prop damage, not to mention its loud.
Any suggestion where to get just the muffler portion of the exhaust system? I am in Ontario Canada
