I'm curious how many hours people are getting on their 700E prior to a mechanically required overhaul. I know the recommended time is 1,000 hours but I suspect many may be exceeding this amount, perhaps by a lot.
I've got 1,130 hours on mine since I installed it new. The oil still comes out clean looking, the filter contains no metals or other debris, and the compression nearly the same as new (205 psi vs. 210 psi). The only maintenance to date has been routine oil (Mobil 1 0W-40), filter and spark plug changes. It seems like it could go another 1,000 hours. - << Previous post in topic Next post in topic >>
