- Jul 27, 2018The reason I asked is that I believe that I momentarily reversed the polarity of the regulator. It is a bigger regulator than the 700e and only has a "0190" in white ink on the back of it. Does anyone know of a method to test a regulator without it being installed?ThanksMike
