I have been experiencing some issues with one of my carbs.  I am getting excess fuel leaking out of the air filter.  I pulled the carb apart and found where the fuel was leaking from.  It is coming from a hole in the intake side of the carb.  I took a picture of the carb and added some text showing were the fuel is leaking.

I have replaced the float needle valve and installed a pressure regulator to reduce the the fuel pressure to 4 psi.  Neither of these things worked.

I also have a Hacman mixture control and I am finding that the lines going to the carbs have fuel in them.  It appears to be coming from the carbs.

I have weighted the floats and they are at 7 grams.  Drying them out for a few hours didn't change the weight.

Any suggestions as to why the fuel is over flowing and how to prevent it?  The other carb doesn't have any of the problems.

    Thank You
    Jim Rieck
