Your oil pressures sound about right to me.  I usually run 70-80 psi.  The CHT's are more worrisome.  What are the oil temps when the CHT's are that high?  You may not be getting enough air flow through the oil cooler.  I typically see 150 -180° on the oil temps.  At 180°  I am pushing the limit on the CHT on climb out as well.  I also found that adding air scoops to the cylinders was a big help.  The air bike looks like a pusher installation, and it may have problems getting enough air flow back to the engine and oil cooler.  I have forgotten where I got the scoops from.  You can try checking with Gerry at Greensky adventures.  If he doesn't have them, he should be able to point you in the right direction.
