    2010 Utah STD/HIV Update - May 4, 2010

    Early Registration Ends Friday, April 16, 2010!


    Where: University of Utah, Eccles Health Sciences Library, Room HSEB 2110

    What Will You Learn: After attending the course, participants will be able to describe and explain current medical developments in the diagnosis, treatment, counseling, management and prevention of prevalent STD's and HIV.

    Who Should Come: Primary Care Providers and STD Clinicians (physicians, registered nurses, advanced practice nurses, physician assistants, educators, counselors, etc.) involved in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of sexually transmitted diseases.

    Cost: $40 early, $50 after April 16, 2010

    Lodging: The University Guest House (801-587-1000) has blocked rooms for evening of May 3, 2010 at the rate of $75.00/night under the title of the program "2010 Utah STD/HIV Update".  Rooms will be released on April 19, 2010.

    The Denver STD/HIV Prevention Training Center is accredited by the Colorado Medical Society to provide continuing medical education for physicians. 


    The Denver STD/HIV Prevention Training Center designates this educational activity for a maximum of 6.0 PRA Category 1 Credits TM. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. 


    The Denver STD/HIV Prevention Training Center is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Colorado Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
