Group Description

WELCOME to all Chevy HHR owners and those interested in the HHR.

Feel free to post any and all questions, concerns, comments or whatever.

Here's a photo of a 1949 Suburban and a similarly painted 2006 HHR. --->

The HHR is a retro-styled station wagon/SUV launched by the Chevrolet division of General Motors at the 2005 Los Angeles Auto Show as a 2006 model — designed by Bryan Nesbitt. The vehicle's design is inspired by the mid-1940s Chevrolet cars and trucks, specifically the 1949 Chevrolet Suburban, with large, square fender flares and a hemispherical grille. All models have a flat-load floor (passenger models have 60/40 split bench) and fold-flat front passenger seat. A panel van variant was also made available in 2007. HHR, inspired by the 49 Chevy Suburban. It appears the last of the HHRs have rolled off the assembly line as 2011 models. Based on the Cobalt platform the HHR is showing its age. Personally I wish Chevy would upgrade the fun and economical HHR rather than discontinue making it.

Please feel free to share anything related to the HHR.
