If you haven't figured by now...everything "depends". Depends on plant age, variety, vigor, etc. For example, the PNW has plenty of time to cut back in spring

I'm in northern Delaware. My Sunbeam is >6 feet tall. My Nugget is about 5 feet tall and the Chinook is lagging behind at about 1.5 feet.

My hop plant is already 6' tall with 1/2" vines! And of course I forgot what type it is. I have it for oatmeal stouts if that helps. Should I be excited
