25036Re: DSP conference

I could agree more - I for one am getting pretty tired of all the name
calling and what have you.
In the last few days -
1. we have had posts about the tactical fight in the Greens when I
asked what the socialist response should be to these issues (but me-
thinks these debates are really only raised to show that the Greens are
no good rather than to clarify things politically).
2. Whatever the intentions of Bill and Barney's posts - I raised the
questions about what the objective conditions are facing the left. I am
sure that the DSP will eventually make some public comment on their
conference but in the meantime comrades fresh from the conference ought
to be able to help us clarify the objective and subjective conditions
and the the path forward. I tried to state my pessismistic conclusions
frankly without starting a flame war. So what is to be done?
