      Well, I'm still waiting to hear Mr Pham's example of a "responsible member
      of the global community", a phrase he was beginning to throw around with
      great abandon. I am starting to think that Mr "Pham" is really a seedy
      character from who-knows-where who has become adept at living off the fat of
      the Australian land, and has even found some government teat to suckle.

      Maybe he works for Mr Gould?
