Ron Branson is a long-term reformer whose proposals for grand juries to remove official immunity have alarmed the Establishment. This case provides an example of what patriots can expect. Spread it widely and protest to your elected officials. His site is http://jail4judges.org/

Jon Roland, this is Ron Branson. I am in receipt of your email relating to Bill Benson and "The Law That Never Was." The facts, as you have documented them, do not surprise me at all. The fact is, that facts and evidence have no relevance anymore in a "court of law,"  due to judicial immunity. In other words, all truth is trumped by judicial immunity.

I am currently on appeal arguing these issues over a trial that never took place based upon an "arraignment" that never took place, in which the record affirms that I was present at an arraignment on Nov. 24, 2009 at which I plead not guilty in a court to charges brought against me, at which I had no knowledge of any charges being brought. Nonetheless, I was "convicted" and thrown in jail. The only thing that was real was the steel bars of the jail in which I was incarcerated.

I am attaching hereto a copy of my final Reply Brief which I last week filed in the Appellate Court, and is now awaiting their decision.

What you are documenting here is the dire need for Judicial Accountability, without which America, as we know it, and as our Founding Fathers intended, shall surely fade into history, with the emergence of a New World Order. Truth and facts are not relevant anymore.
