This listserv,GSWC,managed by Ed Geraty, LCSW-C,is designed to foster communication among social work professionals and social service organizations from around the world.

The 9/11 tragedies in New York City, Pennsylvania,and Washington, DC,and the threat of ongoing global terrorism have affected the International community, and social workers and human services organizations from around the world are assisting their countries.

Please feel free to post or respond to discussions concerning ANY aspect of your social work /social services practice, the state of practice in your country,and any other humanitarian concerns affecting your country. BE AWARE THAT THE SOLICITATION OF FUNDS FOR ANY PURPOSE IS A TERMS OF SERVICE VIOLATION AND YOU WILL BE REPORTED TO YAHOO.
