The Southern California Genealogical Jamboree is meeting this weekend in
Burbank, California Friday June 8-10. It is one of the largest genealogy
conferences in the US attracting about 1700 attendees. As they have in the
past, they will make some of their sessions free as streaming sessions and
they just announced those sessions for Saturday June 9 and Sunday June 10.
There will be a total of 10 streaming sessions,

Streamed sessions will be delivered at no cost to the viewing audience. As
speakers permit, sessions will be archived and made available for viewing
after Jamboree through the Southern California Genealogical Society (SCGS)
webinar archive. While the SCGS is not charging to view the sessions, they
would greatly appreciate the support of the genealogical community in making
contributions to offset the expense of bandwidth, speaker honorarium,
      equipment, camera operators, etc.

There are a limited number of viewing "seats" available for each session.
For that reason, we will go off air between classes and will ask viewers to
log in for each individual session. To see which sessions are being offered
      go to:

      ounced.html

Click on the hypertext link for the session(s) you are interested in and
that will take you to the registration page for the session.
