According to NARAtions, the blog of the National Archives and Records

their new Online Public Access prototype is now available to the public.
NARA is asking the public to try it out and send in your comments and
feedback to search@...
The Online Public Access [OPA] resource is the online public portal to
NARA's records and information about their records. The OPA prototype
currently provides access to nearly one million electronic records currently
in the Electronic Records Archives (ERA), which are not available elsewhere
online. More electronic records from ERA will be included in OPA in the
coming year. OP will eventually replace the Access to Archival Databases
System (AAD)- but not within the next two years.
