      My kit arrived about two weeks ago, and I've been spending an hour or so almost every day on it. It's been fun! Yesterday I set all the power outputs to 10W , no problem.

      Today I set P2S to 2 vdc (TP10), but am only able to get 1.1 vdc max on P1S (TP9).
      What am I missing?

      Also, is there a list of the jumpers, and what they all do, anywhere?
