      Notes: Whit Athey's description: "A solution to the phasing problem for autosomal chromosomes is presented, but only where data is available for a family group, consisting of at least one parent and four or more (absolute minimum of three) children. The method also provides the reconstructed and phased chromosomal data for the missing parent. The applications of phased chromosomes and recombination diagrams for genealogy are presented."
