UGH and double UGH! What the heck?! Oh man. Yes,
please tell us that it is for a part in something.
Even if it's just for a hair color commercial or
something. Oh Garrett, what were you thinking?

BTW, I was just at the Internet Movie Database. Pinata
aka Survival Island aka Deamon Island is now available
on VHS/DVD so we might actually all get to see it.
Though, from what I've read, I don't think it will do
      much for Garrett's career.

Yah. It seems Hollywood is finally coming around a bit
to Asian actors. You're starting to see guys like
Daniel Dae Kim (he was in the Voyager episode with the
weird moving faster through time planet that had
Voyager trapped in it's gravitation --he was the pilot
of the planets space craft near the end) showing up in
more and more roles and not necessarily "Asian" roles.
Byron Mann has popped up in a few of these kinds of
roles too along with a few other Asian actors. Good to
see as these guys are talented and I think they have a
lot to offer the big and little screen. Unfortunately
for our guy Garrett, he isn't a student of the martial
arts so I'm afraid he gets over looked for even the
stereotype "Asian rolls." But, we know he's a smart
guy so I'm sure he'll turn up in something sooner or
later and be great as usual.

      Kelly
