      Your reasoning is difficult to follow, but I think the basic answer to all
      your questions is that the numeric (or isopsephic) value of a name, word,
      or other piece of verbiage is invisible and inaudible. If you were a 1st century
      Greek speaker with an elementary knowledge of mathematics, you could calculate
      it more easily than those of us (including myself) who haven't memorized the
      numeric values of the letters, but in normal reading there would be no need
      to do this, and so you wouldn't. It has no impact on "meter" or any syllable-
      based pattern.
