Our network serves as a support group, through both education and advocacy, for adults in Philadelphia, PA area and the surrounding counties, including southern New Jersey, and Delaware.

Abusive language or personal attacks on other members will not be tolerated either on this listserv, or at our meetings. We all have the right to disagree with each others opinions, but we must show respect for each other in doing so.

We meet monthly on the second Saturday afternoon from 2 - 4, at the Easttown Library located at
720 First Ave, Berwyn, PA
. The Library is an 8 minute walk from the Berwyn train station on the Paoli line.

See the following URL for a detailed area street map:

Next GRASP meeting is on Saturday, February 13th, 2-4 PM

Topic: LOVE -- In order to love others, first love you

Innately human beings feel love. We give love. Yet almost everyone learns, without realizing it, how to "NOT love myself."

At this meeting, using safe methods, you can uncover a few unconscious beliefs that now run your life.

These beliefs prevent you from loving yourself fully. Just uncovering such beliefs, then seeing them operate in daily life, robs these beliefs of power.

Your love grows.

Please join us on Saturday, Feb 13th at 2 PM.

Upcoming meeting dates for GRASP Phila.:

February 13th, March 12th, April 9th, May 14th, June 11th

Mark your calendars.
