- Oct 10, 2013The room is reserved. Then plan right now is to go from 9 am to 2 pm and then 6 pm to 9 pm.We will need volunteers to man the radio room for these hours. We are planning on using the north stairwell for the groups to enter and exit, Have a request in to get the light fixed.We do need to get some type of agenda for this event.
