      I recommend and have flown this one from Honeywell that will work up to 10 mbar (approx 98,000 feet) and you'll still get readings higher than that. Many sensors have a lower limit that they can measure...often low enough that you will flat top at around 44,000 feet (the MPX5100AP for example).
      This one from Honeywell also gives you an amplified voltage output so you can easily measure with an ADC input. I believe these are available in either 3.3V or 5V supplies.
