      This cyclone has picked up speed and is heading for the North East coast
      of Madagascar at 12 knots.
      This is the same area that was devasted only 2 weeks ago by TC Indlala.

          The western part of the SIO does seem to have had a particularly bad
          season. The worst place for tropical cyclones would appear to be the
          Philipines.
