      Job Title: Business Development Manager



      Duties and Responsibilities:

      DCD concentrates on SOC/ASIC design service and design methodology consulting for regional and international customers. The working areas typically include SOC/ASIC design and implementation from RTL through generation and delivery of GDSII to foundry ready for mask making.
      As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for business development activities from client identification through qualification to final invoicing. You will be working with marketing & marketing communications team to create lead generation programs/events specific to the region. You will develop target account penetration strategies using relationship with executive management, familiarity with the customers’ markets, products and pain points are required.

      You will provide market intelligence and assessment to the DCD management.

      You should have a strategic perspective on all DCD service offerings and be able to discuss one or more technical offering in detail with a client. You need to be technically credible when discussing a broad range of customer challenges. You actively lead the development of account plans. You qualify opportunities and come up with a solution that is of value to the customer and meets margin goals for DCD. You should coordinate inputs from the customer, sales, marketing and consulting teams to develop pre-proposals and SOWs, and take the lead in negotiating contracts/agreements with the customers.


      Your skills:

      Effectively uses collateral and organizational processes to achieve goals in an account.

      Able to support DCD management in setting negotiation parameters on an individual opportunity.  Pursues opportunities with energy, drive, and a need to finish.  Accurately understands the issues among various groups and is capable of working with management to develop business development practices. Capable of understanding multiple issues/program directions and communicating their impact at an account level.



      BS with 8-10 years relevant experience. MS with 5+ years relevant experience. Requires a strong technical background in the flow and all the steps involved in physical IC design and verification, different design libraries and technologies, and IP integration. Should also have sales experience. Essential that the individual demonstrates strong communication and project management skills.
