Ok, here's my 1st character! Let me know if the format and everything
is ok, and I should be able to come up with a few more this weekend.

      Name: Ivan “Iceman” Krazic
      Career: Miner/Scavenger

Phase 1: A 3rd generation ice miner with dreams of striking it rich
someday. He was a young, brash, greedy kid at this stage, but the
dangerous work and being surrounded by generations of friends and
family in the cramped, dirty orbital mining base in the Rings of Tigo
kept his ambitions in check, relegating it to daydreaming about the
      day he’d strike it rich…

Aspects: “There are amazing riches out there, for one with the guts
and skill to take the Big Score!”
Ice miner in the Rings of Tigo, until The Incident…

Phase 2: “The Creature in the Ice Sarcophagus”
Ivan and his team found a block of ice with a dark shadow in it.
Thinking it might be something valuable, he took it back to the mining
station and thawed it out. It turned out to be a large alien
creature, unlike any he’d seen before. He put out a call to some
scientific groups, offering to sell them the corpse. A deal was
struck, and a team sent to collect the specimen, but just before they
arrived, the creature awoke from its centuries-long suspended
animation, and free of the ice, it slaughtered and ate most of the
miners on the station. Ivan, together with the retrieval team (the
other PCs), managed to kill the creature, but it meant blowing up the
      mining station.

Aspects: “Time to break out the big guns and high explosives!”
“Can’t let emotion get the better of me right now, we’ve got work to do!”

      Skills:
      Good: Engineering
      Fair: Guns, Starship Engineering
      Average: Deceit, Endurance, Resolve

      Stunts: Maps
      Smooth Recovery

      Fate Points: 8

Haven't heard yet if this format is ok, but here's the 2nd character:

        Name: Adeena O'Malley
        Career: Explorer

Phase 1: Adeena grew up on a remote colony world, Talona 5, known for
its harsh weather, majestic terrain, and ferocious wild predators.
Her father led safari hunts on the planet, and he was grooming her to
take over the job when he retired. Even at a young age, she learned
how to hunt, track, and survive in the wilds.

Aspects: "I can track anything, anywhere, and kill it with any gun
ever made when I catch up to it!"
"The wilderness holds no secrets from me!"

Phase 2: "Adeena O'Malley and the Lost Tribe of Oganda"
While leading a safari expedition, a sudden flash flood washed the
members far out of the way, to a part of Talona 5 she had never been
to before. It turned out that the valley they ended up in contained a
small tribe of sentient aliens called the Oganda, natives of the
planet who were now nearly extinct except for this small village. At
first grateful for the tribe's assistance in bandaging injuries
sustained in the flood, several of the hunters in the expedition began
to speculate how much more valuable a member of this extremely rare
species would be, rather than simply bagging a Spined Razorcat or
4-tusked H'rogath. A plan was hatched, to kidnap one of the young
females and return with her, alive if possible, dead if not. Adeena
was appalled by the kidnapper's actions, but they had confiscated the
weapons of the rest of the expedition members and forced her at
gunpoint to guide them back to civilization. When an attempt to
overpower the men goes horribly awry and the young Oganda girl is
killed, Adeena and the other party members (the PCs) must find a way
to escape from the guns of the kidnappers, the deadly environment, and
the vengeful warriors of the Oganda hot on their heels and out for blood!

Aspects: "Somehow, someway, people usually get what they deserve."
"You might want to look behind you…"

        Skills:
        Good: Survival
        Fair: Athletics, Guns
        Average: Alertness, Starship Gunnery, Stealth

        Stunts:
        Long Shot
        Tracker

        Fate Points: 8

Well, I've saved the characters I'm making in a Word document, so I
can send you that instead of having you copy, paste, and correct this...

Don't have my rules set with me, but here goes.

            Dane P Kursk
            Career: Military Pilot

            1: Young Thrillseeker
From a young age, Dane was a troubled youth; always needing
discipline, always rejecting authority. When finally sent to a youth
re-education centre at age 12, it was thought Dane was lost beyond
recovery to the world of the gangs. He managed to survie the trials
of youth detention as an individual, never succoming to the need to
            comform.

            Aspects:
            "100% Adrenaline Junkie"
"If you can't win, change the rules of engagement"

            2: Cadet Mission
The guidence councillors of the youth detention centre used
personality anaylsis software to acertain Danes best vocation and
concluded he would make an excellent starship pilot. Sent off at age
15 to the Regulus 4 Plantefall accademy to be trained for military
service, Dane instead discovers his amourous side with the female
            acadamee's.

"Always manages to loose his shirt"
"What's a nice girl like you doning on a planet like this"

            Skills:

            Good: Fists
            Fair: Leadership, Starhip Pilot
            Average: Endurance, Athletics, Seduction

Here's my 3rd character. I don't mean to hog the action here, but
there's only been 1 other entry, so I figured I'd do as many as I could.

                    Name: Dr. Xoon Malveaux
                    Career: Sci-tech

Phase 1: Xoon grew up on the densely populated alien planet of Gaoi,
a popular space merchant port in the Magnon Neutral Zone. Studious
and curious from a young age, he was fascinated by the alien species
around him, and decided to become a xenobiologist. He also made many
friends among the merchants and travelers

                    Aspects: "I believe I know that species…"
"Most interesting… I must take a closer look!"

Phase 2: "Dr Xoon and the Remote Control Murders!"
When victims start turning up dead in the middle of a bustling city,
killed by exotic animals that show remarkable signs of intelligence,
xenobiologist Dr Xoon Malveaux is called in to assist with the
investigation, along with a team of several other specialists (the
PCs). It seems someone has figured out a way to remotely control
these wild animals, and are using them for sinister purposes! Can Dr
Xoon and his team find the killer before he and his deadly menagerie
strike again, or will they become the prey in this deadly game of cat
                    and mouse?

Aspects: "Hang on, I've never tried this before!"
"The firm application of scientific principles will solve this dilemma! "

                    Skills:
                    Good: Science
                    Fair: Academics, Contacting
                    Average: Resources, Guns, Starship Systems

                    Stunts:
                    Walking Library

And here's my 4th character, something a bit different. This is all I
have time to do tonight, before the deadline, but if you need 1 more
tomorrow and no one else wants to do it, let me know.

                      Name: Ghita Bar'Tava
                      Career: Native

Phase 1: Ghita Bar'Tava is a thin, blue-skinned humanoid with large
ears and thin, curving horns. Her race, the Ram'kala, is somewhat
behind humans technologically, but they are not primitives. They
possess the natural ability to absorb energy, especially kinetic
energy, but they are vulnerable to sonic weapons and very loud noises.
Their honor and religion (which includes dozens of gods) and very
important to them, and it is no different for Ghita. Her father was a
merchant, so she had a rare opportunity to leave her planet and see
some of the galaxy, and she was intrigued by what she saw, though she
can be somewhat opinionated and condescending toward foreign cultures
at times, especially ones that do not practice some code of honor.
Still, she tries to be as polite as possible about it.

Aspects: "Only a barbarian would not respect the value of honor!"
"I pray that [insert deity name here], god/goddess of [fill in the
blank], will bless our efforts in return for this offering…"

Phase 2: "The Void Pirates of Ceylonis"
While accompanying her father on a merchant run in his rundown old
star freighter, they were attacked by Void Pirates: a ruthless band
of cutthroats who use a labyrinthine series of dark matter wormholes
around the Ceylonis sector to strike at passing ships. They killed
her father and most of the crew, kidnapped her and several other
females for sale as slaves, and took all the goods in the hold. She
vowed vengeance upon them, and honor demanded that she find some way
to make them pay! Her chance came when the Void Pirates' next target
turned out to be much better defended than they expected (thanks to
the other PCs), But it was up to Ghita to seize the opportunity and
make the king of the Void Pirates pay for his deeds in a duel to the
                      death!

Aspects: "Honor demands that you pay for your deeds… in blood!"
"Never miss an opportunity granted by the gods… they may not see fit
                      to give another!"

                      Skills:
                      Good: Absorb Energy (Alien skill)
                      Fair: Alertness, Weapons
                      Average: Mysteries, Starship Systems, Stealth

                      Stunts: Energy Drain
                      Absorb Kinetic Weapons

                      Weakness: Sonic weapons/very loud noises

                        Hi Chris, hi everyone,

I only got my PDF on Friday, so bear with me if this is a bit
                        shaky! ;-D

                        *****

                        NAME: Maximillian "Max" Proffitt
                        CAREER: Merchant

Phase 1: Training: the Economic Principle
Max spent years as a hard-nosed trader in the cut-throat Outer
Colonies, shipping whatever it took to turn a profit and keep the old
                        rust-bucket "The Rosemary Princess", a 200-year old Keynes-class
Freighter, running. Handy with a gun, and knowing just when to cut
his losses, Max had a reputation which ran well ahead of him of
striking a hard bargain and leaving economic mayhem in his wake.

                        Aspects:
The Rosemary Princess (rustbucket Keynes-class Freighter)
                        It's Nothing Personal - It's Just Business

Phase 2: Max Proffitt and the New Bahamut Disaster!
Then everything changed. On what Max thought was a routine smuggling
run to the New Bahamut colony, he ended up transporting a sinister
bio-plague engineered by the evil Doctor Maledict Miserius. In the
ensuing devastation, Proffitt found himself unwittingly on the side
of Star Patrol, attempting to apprehend Miserius and stop the
plague. The plague was brought under control, but thousands had
perished - and Miserius had escaped, and is even now still at
large, "out there" somewhere. Worse still, in return for not locking
Proffitt up and throwing away the key, Star Patrol have decided he is
going to "help them out", providing perfect cover with his rustbucket
trader for some undercover ops they have planned. Proffitt has run a
couple of low-key trading missions, but is waiting for the comlink to
ring any day, and Star Patrol to start calling in their "favor".

                        Aspects:
Star Patrol have me over a barrel!
                        Doctor Miserius haunts my dreams.

                        Stunts:
                        Ticket to Travel
                        Merchant Funds
                        Small Ship (Rosemary Princess)

                        Skills:
                        GOOD: Contacting
                        FAIR: Resources, Deceit
                        AVERAGE: Guns, Starship Pilot, Intimidation

                        Fate Points: 8

                        Gear:
Rosemary Princess Keynes-class Freighter, Hand Gun

                        *****

The only thing I couldn't work out is if I did the right thing to get
the Rosemary Princess trader - 3 Stunts plus an Aspect seems a bit
pricey, and at that I couldn't see any way to do it with only the
allowed 2 Stunts! Having said that - I haven't read all the rules
                        yet! :-D

                        Cheers!

Phase 1: A 3rd generation ice miner with dreams of striking it rich
someday. He was a young, brash, greedy kid at this stage, but the
dangerous work and being surrounded by generations of friends and
family in the cramped, dirty orbital mining base in the Rings of Tigo

Ice miner in the Rings of Tigo, until The Incident…

Phase 2: "The Creature in the Ice Sarcophagus"
Ivan and his team found a block of ice with a dark shadow in it.
Thinking it might be something valuable, he took it back to the mining
station and thawed it out. It turned out to be a large alien
creature, unlike any he'd seen before.

I believe there have only been 7 characters posted so far (several were posted twice to correct formatting or make a revision). Not sure if more will sneak in

it's not like pdfs have strict page counts that must be adhered to,
and all the characters are quite different.

                                              Lucias Sway

                                              Career: Criminal (Pirate/Rebel)

                                              Phase1: Disposable

He may have gotten his golden eyes from Mama, but he doesn't remember. She and Papa where killed by Odelotian pirates in a raid of the colonist transport they were taking to a new life. Their only son was taken as a slave/pet by the aliens, perhaps for his exotic look, and he spent most of his childhood doing whatever task his owners required, many of them unspeakable. His name changed with each owner, many different languages teased, scolded and commanded him. He had to develope the ability to read their intentions and moods to survive this valueless existence as an object.

                                              Aspects:

                                              "Who Me? I'm Nobody"

" Alien? Nothing is Alien to me"

Phase2: The Marvels of Madame Sway

His last owner Madame Onialta Sway thought he looked like a Lucias. She bought the young man as a servant in her Pleasure Palace on the ill-famed world of Arcos. He'd often serve as spy amongst her various clients. The information he brought her got him promoted to "entertainer". Lucias was taught how to discern a being's desires, plus how to use them. His skills with customers made him one the matron's favorites. When contracted for private parties and social functions, he'd sneak off to surveil the wealth of the host's home and retrieve any special treasury or sensitive information to Sway. Eventually, an extortion racket backfired and Sway's operation was revealed and brought down by enemies and victims; the matron herself was killed. Lucias grabbed a sizeable portion from her vaults in the confusion and made his way offworld. Living a free life for the first time, he grifts, steals or cons whatever he needs to get by, often hiring out his services to seedy folk.

                                              Aspects:

                                              "I Know what you Need"

                                              "Can't you see the Signs?"

                                              Fate Pts. 8

                                              Skills

                                              Fair+2: Deceit, Empathy, Burglary

Average+1: Fists, Stealth, Sleight of Hand, Athletics

                                              Stunts:

Heart's Secret [Empathy], Hide in Plain Sight [Stealth], Access to Restricted Equipment [Career].

OK, so 7 am EST. Here's another alien.

                                                  Celyrenor the Nomad

                                                  Career: Native

                                                  Phase 1: The Hunt

Second son of the clan chief, Celyrenor (Cel to his few friends) was awarded the Warden status to defend the peaks of his people, a sizeable area of high mountains which crisscrossed the avian Skiii'Arr's homeworld Rah'Kee. On his watch, a Terran business man - Alodus, a Xerkonian Lord - that befriended the tribe previously but began to work members of his clan to death in the Rethium mines of their territory. Cel was part of a Warden squad led by his older brother Cenyalor that attempted to stop this atrocity, but advanced war droids guards destroyed the primatively armed avians. Still, the Terrans would find out and intervene so the mined was closed and the Xerkonian fled. Cel barely survived and tracked the Lord to the only starport on his planet. His father mourns two dead sons, but his youngest won't return home until his brother is avenged.

                                                  Aspects:

                                                  "Skiii'Arr justice MUST be quenched!"

" Fool me once, your Shame. Fool me twice NEVER!"

                                                  Phase 2: Strange Terrain

The greater world of starships and aliens finds Celyrenor greatly out of place. He's worked as a scout for the world prospector Kal Reason and developed a good relationship with the man once he realized Terrans and Xerkonians are different. During routine restocking stop, Cel was accused of murder wrongly when a person that offended him turned up ripped to shreds. Together, he and Kal hunted down the mysterious beast - a bio-weapon of an extinct precursor civilization - that was the real killer by tracking it over the frozen frontier planet DB/907 while evading the highly skilled Marshal Jonas Maverick. Cel was cleared, but parted with ways with Kal to continue on his search for Alodus.

                                                  Aspects:

"I'm not the savage you think"

"If this demands blood, so be it!"

                                                  Skills:

                                                  Good +3: Weapons

                                                  Fair +2: Investigation, Endurance

                                                  Average +1: Fly, Alertness, Fists

                                                  Stunts:

Flight [Fly] Weakness Aspect: "Must always defend my Wings"
