I also recommend the MFJ-4125 but you might want to consider consider the MFJ-4125P which has Anderson Powerpoles. For a tuner, I use the LDG YT100 autotuner.

Frequency offset is in. Using the buttons on the front.   On vhf the duplex and repeater indications automatically come on when you get into repeater range.
