      it said something like 150,000 businesses pay for franchise tax and now the number will be 450,000
       
      they are trying to get rid of the Robin Hood School finance ruled un-constitutional and putting the burden on the workers and businesses.

      That article made it sound like the businesses would be paying it.  My
      mother said Darryl Ankarlo was ranting about it on the radio today.
      He wants to send a pair of yellow panties to all patywaists who voted
      for the tax.
