Weidknecht was a machine and locobuilder and delivered its machines overseas to French colonies. They acted as a dealer for Heilbronn between 1877 and 1913.

It looks like a German built Heilbronn loco. But it could be very well French built... I will try to find matching pictures i know i have somewhere....
