Mr. Freemanwill present his research on successful food waste collection programs across the U.S., including the essential components for making it work well.
Juri Freeman is a resource economist with the research and consulting firm Skumatz Economic Research Associates, Inc. where he works on recycling, solid waste, and energy efficiency projects for city, county, state, and utility clients domestically and internationally.
