  • My only concern with it will be detailing. Will they be putting marker lights on it? Will they note the difference between 20 and 21's numbers on the nose? These are questions I'll send them closer to June when they plan to announce it.

  • I am still deciding what motive power I want to use on my Broadalbin layout (S2 or 44 Tonner), but I am researching both options. With regards to the 44 Tonner, I can't seem to find any model that has doors on the ends as opposed to grills. Does anyone have a recommendation as to what brand I could use for a #30?

  • Thank you for your detailed answers, Paul. Two more questions I have, since I am currently modeling Combine 21: 1) Did either coach have any form of lighting inside? I see no battery boxes on the bottom of either coach. 2) From the photographs, it looks like #21 has no windows at either end of the car, but #22 does have windows on the passenger end. Is this correct to your...

  • Ever since I first discovered the railroad through Paul Charland's MSTS recreation, I have wanted to model it in HO Scale. I'm now taking the first steps of this project, and I have a blog where you can follow my progress. Right now, I am working on Combine 21: http://fjglayout.wordpress.com/ Enjoy! Nick

  • Barbara, I have a video I created about the FJ&G in Microsoft Train Simulator. You can view it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JfHMZRcxJoQ If it would be helpful, I could send this to you on DVD for exhibiting. Let me know what would work best: etozorak@^$1 Nick
