One Hundred Years Ago - 10/22/1902

October 22, 1902 - Work on the FJ&G railway extension to Amsterdam is
being pushed rapidly and it is now thought that the cars will be
operated over the line by November 1st. All the track has been laid
and the work of installing poles along the line is about completed.
The high tension and feeder wires have been constructed as far west
as the power house at Tribes Hill.
