        For the past 11 or 12 years, it's been sitting derelict near where Route 5
        and 5S join in Utica. It's basically where NYS&W branches off from CSX and
        runs south to Schuyler Street. The plow is a mess and it has been heavily
        vandalized.

        Initial plans were to move it from the FJ&G and rebuild it in Utica; however
        the NYS&W got its hands on some other, newer equipment that they use
        instead. They ended up rebuilding and repainting an old US Army plow that
        is stored in Utica right now.
