- May 1, 2010I've never had any luck getting shapeware by catalog.... I think it's a
matter of just going in to places and trying things on.
You're right about cheap doesn't really work... get something that's not
bargain basement, and you can have it around for years.
You may also want to consider 2 piece outfits... a long legged pant and
long waisted bra.
I only know plus sizes really. Catherines.com has stores, at least out
here on the west coast. And I love (ok, maybe that's a bit too strong),
their Serenada line of underthings... Or, should I phrase it, it's
patterned by someone who's been large... and knows how things fit

Looking for something to wear all day and reduce some of the jiggle
(works w/ even jeans)...
The whole concept of shapeware is changing... none of these are the icky
elastic cages of ole'. One of the reason to try these on, you can often
look just as good by going up one size. You're wearing these to smooth
and stop the giggle... not to go down a size or 3. It's moving your
assets around and giving you a better line.... want reduction... go to a
Victorian corset, lines... these you'll breath in.
If you needed something in standard sizes, someone else may have
