Re: My belief
Well hello there Donna...
Long time no "see"....
So, I am your inspiration in bringing you into this 'heretical' belief?!!!
Like you, it wasn't a decision that came easy either. And like you, this
belief is the only one that makes sense to me, and my God given conscience.
No, it's not the status quo .... but just because 99.9% of christians believe
that God will torture unbelievers in eternal punishment doesn't mean that
it is so.... God's grace does not expire when we do.
So many mistranslations in the bible of the word "eternity"...
Just because the majority thinks they are right... .doesn't mean that they are.
Thanks for coming by!

> Hello everyone! Ken was asking me what I believe these days...well to be brief I have finally come "out of the closet" to my friends and family that I am a Christian Universalist (Nancy, you are my inspiration, and I love you for it!)It wasn't a decision that came easily for me, that is coming out with my rejection of the status quo in regards to the subject of an everlasting hell and punishment for those that "reject" Jesus Christ as their savior. But it's the only way Christianity and God's mercy make sense to me anymore. And though I know I will be shunned by some as believing heresy, I am at the place in my spiritual journey that I finally feel at rest in the knoledge that God alone knows who we are, and what we are about. My spirit may finally be at rest, and I am loving God all the more for it. I'll try to stay connected here with you all, because I do think this is a very important work Ken is doing. And I don't want to see it come to an end until CFM and others like it do!
