Carrot Yam Casserole
- 4-5 Carrots, peeled and diced1 med Yam, peeled and diced1/4 cup. maple syrup1/4 cup apple juice1 T. butter1 tsp VE Cinnamon1.5 tsp VE Herb & Garlic Dip MixCook carrots and yams. Mash together. Heat maple syrup, apple juice, and butter. Combine all ingredients, place in greased casserole dish.Topping3/4 cup bread crumbs1/4 cup melted margarine1 tsp VE Herb & Garlic Dip MixCombine all topping ingredients and sprinkle onto yam mixtureBake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
