      Just received this delicious recipe from a customer   Barb of Maple Lane Farm ....
      here are her comments
      "Tested at the Maple Lane Farm Kitchen. It was so good, Aunt Tillie (91 years young) licked her plate."
       

      Curried Ham Bake ........................... Great for using up those Easter leftovers
       
      1 can cream of mushroom soup
      1 cup milk
      1 cup diced cooked ham
      2 cups cooked pasta ( I used small shells)
      1 tsp Victorian Epicure Madras Curry
      1/4 tsp Spanish paprika
      1 cup grated Monterey jack cheese
       
      In a 2 quart casserole dish blend the soup with the milk. Add ham, pasta, Madras Curry and paprika. Stir to mix. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
      For the more adventurous add raisins, coconut, nuts or chopped apple.
