- Here are 2 different chili recipes i have...enjoy!!

WHITE HOT CHICKEN CHILI
2 Tbs.. vegetable oil
1 each onion and celery stalk, chopped
11/4 lb. boneless chicken breast, cubed
1 cloves garlic, minced
1-2 jalapeno peppers, minced
1 Tbs.. VE CHILI SEASONING
1 Tbs.. VE FAJITA SEASONING
2 c. chicken stock
1 can white kidney beans, drained & rinsed
1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
In a large saucepan heat 1 Tbs. of the oil over medium heat. Add
onion, celery and cook, stirring 5 minutes. push vegetables to one
side and over high heat add chicken, cook until all sides are browned.
stir in garlic, jalapenos, CHILI SEASONING & FAJITA SEASONING, cook
stirring 1 minute. Stir in stock; bring to a boil. reduce heat to a
medium low, simmer 10 minutes. Stir in beans; cook 5 minutes stirring
occasionally. Serve with cilantro or parsley.
'Chipotle' Chili, by Yousef Kayal
1.5 lbs ground beef
1 14 oz can Tomato Sauce
1 lg Onion, diced
2 cans tomato paste
3 lg cloves of Garlic, minced
2 Tbsp VE Chili Powder
2 cans kidney beans (with juice)
1 Tsp VE Chipotle
1 28oz can Diced Tomato (with juice)
2 Tbsp Watkins Chicken Bouillon
Fry Ground beef and onion, drain excess fat. Put beef and onions in 5
qt crock pot with all other ingredients and simmer all day
