Frozen Yogurt Lovers!
- Blackberry and Cardamom Frozen Yogurt1 1/2 tsp ground VE Cardamom3 cups fresh blackberries1 1/3 cups sugar4 cups plain yogurt

- In the bowl of a food processor, combine cardamom, blackberries, and sugar. Allow to sit 30 minutes. Process until almost smooth by pulsing several times. Add yogurt. Refrigerate mixture until cold.
- Using an ice cream machine, process according to directions.
