In my experience, I will never use HD disks in a DD machine ever again. I’ve had so many disks fail this way. All DD's were fine but the HD disks always

ASR samples are on HD floppy disks. But the old EPS samples are on DD disks. Just wanted to send an FYI that you cannot format HD disks as DD and have it work,
