I think you're right about that.

Subject: [EckankarSurvivorsAnonymous] Klemp's 15 year old "The Master's
      4 Discourses"

Why? Why are Eckankar's Higher Initiates
(H.I.s) still being instructed to reread this
old discourse and to sing HU?

Why aren't there new/current ECK discourses,
      especially, for H.I.s?

Is Klemp too busy rewriting, misinterpreting,
and promoting other people's stories for material
to fill his, basically, generic feel-good books
for the gullible public? The only twist is that
Klemp (as the Mahanta/God) steals the credit
for all positive outcomes. The negative ones
are a "test," thereby, he (the Mahanta) escapes
responsibility for bad events. Thus, the Kal (i.e.
Satan, Devil) is the one who is strengthening
and testing Soul, via these "tests!" It's not the
Mahanta because he, supposedly, cannot create
negative situations for spiritual growth... that's
KAL's job according to ECK scripture.

        Hello Etznab and All,
Isn't it incredible that Klemp's charade
has gone on for this long? What's insidious
about it is Klemp has no intention of showing
them, his flock of wannabes, "Self-Mastery"
even if he could (which he can't)!

He takes their money and gives them what?
        Hmmmm, let's see:

INITIATIONS (Except these are slow to come and
now require many hoops to jump through, and
they stop on the outer at number 7 for 99.99%
of ECKists. But, no problem! Just "imagine" that
you have more on the "Inner!")

POSITIONS (The status and titles feed the ego
as does the higher initiation numbers. Being
a RESA gives power to, especially, the control
freaks and narcissists. As Above, So Below.)

HOPE (The promises given to all those who
need to believe due to the fear of death and/or
        loneliness. Religious doctrine creates magical
beings and uses one's imagination to escape
reality and to pretend they, the chosen ones,
        are more special than others.)
